Smart 30 or Smart 40

Looking to boost your strength and power in just 30 or 45 minutes? Our Smart Strength Classes are designed to maximise your workout in minimal time, blending the best of strength training with dynamic circuits and a touch of cardio for a complete fitness experience.

In this class, you may experience any number or all of the following:

Smart FX

Elevate your fitness game with SmartFX, a dynamic class that combines step aerobics, traditional aerobics, strength training, and core conditioning. Experience the excitement of step aerobics and classic aerobic moves to boost your cardiovascular endurance and coordination.

Incorporate weights and/or resistance bands for resistance exercises targeting all major muscle groups, followed by core conditioning to enhance stability and balance. Suitable for all fitness levels, SmartFX provides modifications to ensure everyone can benefit. Join us for a motivating and challenging workout that will leave you fitter and stronger!

Smart Kids

Introduce your children to a healthy lifestyle with Smart Kids Fitness! This engaging program offers a variety of activities tailored to keep young minds and bodies active and strong.

On Mondays, our focus is on meditation, mindfulness, and stretching. Kids will learn techniques to find inner calm, improve focus, and enhance flexibility, setting a positive tone for the week.

Tuesdays and Thursdays bring a mix of agility, strength, and fun exercises designed to keep kids' bodies fit and strong. Through playful activities and dynamic workouts, children will develop their coordination, build muscle, and boost their overall fitness.

Cardio Box

Gear up with provided gloves and inners for an invigorating workout that combines cardio and boxing. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class blends calorie-burning cardio drills with strength-building boxing techniques. Join us for a fun and challenging session that will leave you feeling strong, confident, and accomplished.

Barre

Modern version of classic balletic training. A combination of pilates & strength with high reps of small range of motion movements and light wieghts for an all round workout.

Body Pump

BODYPUMP, a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.

Shockwave

Experience an exhilarating circuit class utilising our state-of-the-art water rowers. This full-body workout combines rowing with various strength and endurance exercises for a challenging and dynamic session.

Body Combat

BODYCOMBAT is an exercise class that lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals. Not only is it an excellent whole-body workout for cardio fitness, but it's also superb for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your coordination.

Spin

Spin is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training workout on an indoor bike, designed to deliver fast results. This short, intense class pushes your physical and mental limits, combining bursts of high-energy cycling with periods of active recovery.

Zumba
