At Smart Fitness we offer a range of alternating challenges to push you to your limits and achieve your fitness goals.

The 12-Week Challenge

  • UNLIMITED Group Fitness Classes: You may attend as many fitness classes as you wish, but you must come to at least two every week to remain active for the duration of the challenge.

  • 5 x Group PT Sessions: Attend any group personal training session that is free throughout the 12 weeks. Receive guidance from fitness trainers, improve your exercise form, and track your progress from week to week.

  • Nutrition Guidelines: We can help you come up with a healthy eating plan that is suited to your budget and taste buds. We are aware that every person is different, and a generic, low-calorie diet is not conducive to long-term weight loss. It is why she comes up with a creative and healthy eating plan that still allows you to enjoy your meals every day!

  • Measurements, Photos & Fitness Testing: Get body measurements of your chest and waist, learn your weight and body fat percentage, and admire pictures of your evolution throughout the 12 weeks.

  • Access & Support on Smart Fitness 12-Week Lifestyle Challenge Group Page: We provide weekly challenges, home workout videos, and other helpful tips to keep you engaged and on track with your wellness goals.

  • Weekly Text Messages: We will send you personalised text messages to ensure you are remaining active and accountable to your health and fitness goals!

  • Nutrition Discussion Group: We are available throughout the 12-Week Program to talk about nutrition and healthy eating. We has a diploma in nutrition and can help you understand what foods that appeal to you are healthy for your body in the long-term.

  • Supermarket Tour: Struggling to find healthy meals that satisfy you? Please take a tour of a nearby supermarket with Kathryn as she shows you foods that are satisfying, tasty and very good for your body.

  • Smart Fitness Drink Bottle & Gym Towel

The 6-Week Challenge

Fitness & Nutrition Challenge

  • 3 x group personal training sessions per week, led by certified trainers, these sessions will provide tailored workouts. Although flexible to suit opposing swing rotations of field staff if needed, the preferred times of these classes would be 5am or 6pm on weekdays plus a 7am Saturday session. Participation and inclusiveness of all employees is very important to us.

  • An e-handout including several nutritious recipes and information on the importance of sleep, nutrition, and movement.

  • Access to self-improvement Facebook page for community motivation, a morale boosting environment and program accountability.

  • 2 x body composition scans, kickstart the program with personalised body composition scans to set baseline metrics and track progress through to the end of the challenge.

  • Nutrition guidance, including a meal plan hand crafted by our in-house nutritionist, this customised meal plan fuels employees with energy and vitality. Nutrition guidance will support the success of employee's fitness goals and overall wellbeing.

  • 1 x engaging workshop on the significance of quality sleep, balanced nutrition, and regular movement to empower participants with practical strategies for sustainable healthy living.

  • A midway body composition scan ( a total of three scans), to track progress throughout the challenge.

  • Unlimited access to group fitness classes at Smart Fitness & Nutrition (16+ classes available every week), as a bonus, participants will enjoy unlimited access to our diverse range of fitness classes throughout the program. This includes yoga, HIIT, strength training, and more, providing variety and flexibility in their fitness routines. Typically valued at $140 per person, per month.

  • Fitness testing and before/after photos
